When you submit an RFQ or contact Hikari Tractors, we may collect your name or company name, email address, destination, requested parts, message, tractor/diagram information, and quotation preferences. We also process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as server logs and rate-limit signals.

Where it goes
RFQ data is sent to the Hikari Tractors order service and stored in the business backend used to manage enquiries. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or email, your message is processed by those services under their own policies. Do not include payment card data, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in RFQ notes.
Retention and choices
RFQ records are retained for [DATA RETENTION PERIOD] or longer where required for legitimate business, legal, accounting, dispute, or anti-fraud purposes. Cookies and analytics
